Mr. Butzer brings to the firm over 15 years of intellectual property experience in high technology.  Mr. Butzer's experience includes both intellectual property prosecution and litigation.  Besides intellectual property, his practice includes startup and intermediate stage funding. Mr. Butzer provides legal services from our Orange County office.

Education

Mr. Butzer has a Juris Doctor with honors from Ohio State University, where he also was a Managing Editor of the Ohio State Law Review. He has earned a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (cum laud)  from Ohio State University.
